Known as the impossible cake, Choco flan is one of the most famous Desserts to come from Mexico.  Yes, you heard it right “impossible cake”.   Hmm,  I actually made this cake before I knew it was a impossible cake.  The name kind of intimidates you, but don’t fret.  It’s actually pretty simple.  You just need to get the measurements right and your good! Mexican Wedding Cookies, Polvorones

Around the holidays, these little cookies seem to pop up in every grocery store around here in San Diego.  Although it might be tempting to just go out and buy some pre-made cookies for about 5 dollars a batch, they are super easy to make at home with just a few ingredients and you can leave out all the extra junk that they add in there for preservation and taste.
